Thanks Krug and Scorpion!! I think I was looking at the wrong bolt so long (this is one of those bolts that mounts the engine on to the chasis/cradle). I also found the drain plug as you pointed out....its just not visible easily!!
Thanks, now I have to find a way to unscrew it...damn thing is so tight!! :(
